Paralegal Services
Family Counseling Services offers paralegal services to those needing to file chapter 7 bankruptcy forms. No legal advice is given and clients are required to obtain creditor information and complete paperwork on their own. The paralegal will then enter the information into an electronic format that can be filed with the bankruptcy court. The fee for this service is $150.00.
Additional fees charged by the court could total up to $299.00, although a fee waiver or reduction may be obtained
