Family Counseling and Payee Service has been working to provide quality payee services to Nevadans in need since 2003 by helping clients manage their finances. If you are on a fixed income and are struggling with your finances, this is the agency for you. We work to always treat our clients with the respect and consideration they deserve. We are a recognized payee service by both the Veteran's Administration and the Social Security Administration.

Family Counseling Service accepts clients that are on a fixed income including Social Security Income (SSA, SSI, and SSDI), Veteran's Pension Income (VA), Public Employee Retirement System (PERS), retirement pension, or direct deposit from an employee.

At Family Counseling and Payee Service, we recognize the financial strain clients face and work to keep our fees as low as possible. We maintain full transparency so that you can see what fees and bills have been paid each month, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation for each transaction.

Bill Pay Services

At Family Counseling and Payee Service we offer Veteran's Bill Pay and Senior Bill Pay services!

After witnessing firsthand the difficulty our own aging parents had, our siblings or ourselves trying to maintain two homes, two sets of bills, of our senior parents forgetting bills had arrived, forgetting to pay or overpaying bills, or even having services shut off due to non-payment we developed the Senior Bill Pay service.

If you or a loved one are having difficulty ensuring bills are paid each month, we may be able to help.

We offer bill pay services to those with cognitive or physical impairments that impact the ability to physically go out and pay bills or to accurately build and maintain a budget. Family Counseling and Payee Service's Senior and Veterans Bill Pay Service offers peace of mind in knowing bills are paid on time, in full, every month.
