We accept most forms of Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Prominence Health, most Union Insurances and many EAP plans. Please note, it is your responsibility to know what your insurance covers and what, if any, your co-pay is.  We also offer a sliding fee scale for cash paying clients on a limited income. Please contact the front desk for more information. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Late Fees and Cancellation Policy

We request a 24 hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Please note that 24-hour advance cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is required in order to avoid being billed a late fee of $35. Two no call/no shows will result in a discharge from services.

The initial session is 90 minutes long. Please arrive 30 min prior to your appointment time to complete necessary paperwork.

Follow up sessions are 45-50 minutes. Please arrive on time and ready to work with your counselor on your goals. The first couple of sessions will be spent discussing what brought you to counseling and what issues our clinicians might be able to assist you with. During this initial phase, we will discuss a plan moving forward, creating a road map for the therapeutic process. You and your clinician will establish mutually agreed-upon psychotherapy goals while building a safe and honest therapeutic relationship.
