Late Fees and Cancellation Policy

We request a 24 hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Please note that 24-hour advance cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is required in order to avoid being billed a late fee of $35. Two no call/no shows will result in a discharge from services.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The initial session is 90 minutes long. Please arrive 30 min prior to your appointment time to complete necessary paperwork.

Follow up sessions are 45-50 minutes. Please arrive on time and ready to work with your counselor on your goals. The first couple of sessions will be spent discussing what brought you to counseling and what issues our clinicians might be able to assist you with. During this initial phase, we will discuss a plan moving forward, creating a road map for the therapeutic process.
